Returns & Delivery Policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to UK addresses and 10–21 business days for international orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, email us at support@fitness-crazy.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct product.
